Perhaps the Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25–37) is the most well-known of all of Christ’s teachings. It is an example of how to treat a stranger in need, and the best treatment comes from one who was not considered good or clean by the Jewish authorities at that time.
Before suggesting a couple of alternative insights into this parable, here’s a quick paraphrase.
