Easy Jesus

One of the top reasons that so many Christian churches are dying is because they preach an “Easy Jesus”. Evangelicals repeat the words “whosoever believes on his name, shall not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16), without implementing the meaning of those words into daily life in a significant way. Self-help and “prosperity” Christians, bargain with Jesus. If I believe, I will get my material desires fulfilled.
