Humanity Was Lost at the Fall

The Parables of the Lost Sheep (Luke 15:3–7) and the Lost Coin (Luke 15:8–10) are essentially the same with a gender specific retelling. Shepherds were men and while anyone may lose a coin in the home, it was more likely an experience a woman would have had at that time.
