Intentional Living in 2025

Yogoda is one tool that may be used to advance intentional living. Most people live in denial of their personal responsibility to achieve their best life. Without accepting personal responsibility, self-awareness is limited and self-discipline non-existent.

“The Original Yogoda of Paramhansa Yogananda” is my presentation of the body exercises that were given to the public by Yogananda more than one-hundred years ago.

Consistent practice of these exercises has helped me to maintain my health, to increase my self-awareness, and to advance my personal goals.

In 2025, individuals need to learn how to live intentionally. The simple approach of making a list of activities and getting them done tends to be more rote than intentional. One who lives intentionally has exceptional self-discipline and gradually displays an increase in desirable qualities such as peace, joy, and all-around success.
