Peter Affirms His Love

When Christ was arrested and began his final hours as the son of man on earth, Peter who pledged his loyalty unto death denied Christ Jesus three times. Peter became emotionally devastated because when he was tested, he failed. Not only once but three times Peter failed to support Jesus and to walk beside him in his hour of need.
