Peter Seeks Traditional Laws

A fallen human, Peter seeks to set the mission, teaching, and kingdom of Jesus in worldly terms. He wants laws, like the Old Testament offers, on behaviors and daily routines. Christ Jesus repeatedly counseled against this approach. Most of the examples Jesus gave and the lessons he taught appear impractical in the world. Peter strives to understand his Messiah from his own limitations rather than surrendering to the new way of thinking and behaving.
